What we collect

Only what you type into a form: your work email or phone number, and, depending on the form, your name, company, sector, brand, the question you want to answer, or your answers to the diagnostic.

Our host also keeps technical logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for a short time, for security.

Why

To reply to you, send you what you asked for (a guide, an example, a magazine, a meeting invitation, a callback) and, if you subscribed, our newsletter. Legal basis: your consent, and our legitimate interest in answering a request you made.

Who sees it

The Licter team only, and the providers that run the site and our email and client relationship tools, who process it on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your data.

Some of these providers, starting with our host, are based in the United States; transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

How long

Three years after our last exchange, as the CNIL recommends for prospects, then it is deleted. The newsletter stops as soon as you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, limit or object to its use, ask for a copy, or withdraw your consent at any time by writing to contact@licter.com. Each email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookie, so it does not ask for your consent. Your theme and language, and the windows you have closed, are remembered in your browser only and never sent to us.
